Each Fine Art Print is made to order using premium-quality materials through my trusted printing partner, Gelato. Because every Fine Art Print is produced especially for you, please allow time for printing before dispatch.

Processing Time

Orders are typically printed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Ireland: 2–5 business days
• Spain: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
• United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 5–15 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on customs, local postal services, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Customs & Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country's customs authorities.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).

Please include:

• A description of the issue
• Photos of any damage (if applicable)

I'll work with my printing partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
